[Letterhead] P.S.-Got a card from Gram yesterday. P.P.S.-I like those clippings you enclose. J. April Fools Day 1915 [Apr. 1, 1943?] Dearest Mom,- Just received your letter and was awfully glad to hear from you. I've been kept pretty busy, although not so busy but what I guess I could have found time to write to you. I'm sorry, Mom. We came in from the field this morning, and everyone was genuinely glad to be back. There was much hustle and bustle around here till everyone got settled, but it's real quiet now. Everyone got paid yesterday. (That is---, most everyone. I didn't). So Augusta will get a big play tonite. That's where they've gone. But, the new regulations call for us to go out in the field every other week.
