Wednesday Mar. 2, 76 Dear Friend Pearl - The enclosed letter came to our house yesterday, so thought I had better get it on to you. At the same time we received two "[Upper?]Room" [illegible - bodrlets?], so am sending one on to you. Perhaps you already have one, as I remember you saying that Thelma ususally stops at the church and gets one for you. Also a few balletins. Everything is as usual here, a cool spell has descended upon us, but a warming trend is to follow quickly. The other morning I thought to give myself a treat, so I fixed up a bowl of [Ralston?] for my breakfast, enjoyed it too. Thank you for your "leftovers" Yes we are eating the apples you left. Soon I shall have to start buying my own fruit and groceries. Two sisters who do not live in P. L. V, left
