(a) Every employer, employment agency, 10 and labor organization, as the case may be, shall post and 11 keep posted in conspicuous places upon its premises where 12 notices to employees, applicants for employment, and mem- 13 bers are customarily posted a notice to be prepared or ap- 14 proved by the Commission setting forth excerpts from or, 15 summaries of, the pertinent provisions of this title and infor- 16 mation pertinent to the filing of a complaint. 17 (b) A willful violation of this section shall be punish- 18 able by a fine of not more than $100 for each separate 19 offense. 20 VETERANS' PREFERENCE 21 SEC. 712. Nothing contained in this title shall be con- 22 strued to repeal or modify any Federal, State, territorial, or 23 local law creating special rights or preference for veterans.
