-2- Title II: Public Accommodations: Declares that all persons shall be entitled "to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodations, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origina." Defines place of public accommodations as following establishments "if its operations affect commerce, or if discrimination or segregation by it is supported by Station Action:" inn, hotel, motel or other lodging for transients, other than establishment in a building with not more than 5 rooms for rent or hire and actually occupied by proprietor as his residence; any restaurant, cafeteria, lunch room, lunch counter, soda fountain, or other food facility; any motion picture house, theater, concert hall, sports arena, stadium or other place of exhibition or entertainment; establishment located on premises of place covered by the act or which contains any establishment so covered or claims to serve patrons of such covered establishment; defines "affecting commerce" as offering to serve interstate travelers or selling food, gasoline, etc., which has moved in interstate commerce, presents films which move in commerce ("travel, trade, traffic, commerce, transportation or communication among several states", or between D. C. and any state or between foreign countries or territories or points in same state but through any other state, D. C., or foreign country.). Exempts bona fide private club or other establishment not open to the public. Title III: Desegregation of Public Facilities: Directs Attorney General to take certain legal action upon receipt of complaint by
