Discussion ensued concerning the bonding of the treasurers, by laws, and the advisability of incorporation. Ron Clark and Sonya Yarmat were appointed as a task force to make a recommendation about by laws and incorporation. The NEXT MEETING was set for WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, at 7:30 in the Joint County School System Building.
