PSFS News Page 11 MINUTES FOR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 8 Meeting was called to order. The secretary then gave his report, which was accepted after several minor corrections. The treasurer gave his report## Then followed a discussion of the old business. The constitution was #### read , and the motion was made and carried that a new constitution be made, using the old one as a base; this was discussed, and later shelved till the next meeting. The motion was made that we send a letter to Weisinger asking if he objects to our name of PSFS and still being a chapter of the SFL. A motion was made that judicial power be vested in an officer to settle a dispute between the two certain members. Kravitz was appointed and the question was soon settled. The meeting was then adjourned. Minutes FOR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 22 The meeting was called to order by the President at the home of Edward Kravitz. The secretary gave his report, which was accepted after corrections. The treasurer gave his report and collected dues. Old business was then called for. The revision of the constitution was continued. Rothman submitted a constitution he had written, based on the old one, and after a long discussion and a number of changes, this one was finally adopted. We discussed for a time the award to be presented to the author of the best story of 1938. A committee, consisting of Madle and Baltadonis was chosen to visit several of the members who have not attended meetings for some time. Rothman gave a talk on the coming marrionette show and reported on progress made so far.
