13 In short before this century is out we must finish the business that all this legacy of organization both those who tried to assimilate and found no solution, and those who resisted and found a better solution. We must finish that business. We are not many, We are not -too- rich in resources. -And- It is a big battle and it is a tremendous fight but then we are one hell of a people. Viva La Raza !
