I. Active members in good standing with dues, and assessments paid up to date; non-payment shall be sufficient reason for loss of membership.
II. All active members shall be notified of each meeting by the Secretary.
III. Dues shall be 50c monthly
IV. Assessments may be made when necessary, but only by a 
majority vote of all active members.
V. Honorary memberships may be granted by a majority vote of active members. Honorary memberships will be granted the use of the club library at accepted rates and attendance to meetings, but shall not include voting power and other rights of active members.
VI. Members shall not be dropped except by by a two-thirds vote at regular announced meetings.
VII. There shall be. an initiation fee of 35c for each new
member.
