Mason City Globe-Gazette LEE P. LOOMIS, Publisher Mason City, Iowa Nov. 29, 1939 Dear Nile: We'll be all set for you on the night of Dec. 13. Plans are going ahead famously. It happens that I'll be in Iowa City for a state board of education meeting the afternoon, and evening, of Dec. 12. That night, if I remember correctly, the team is to be the guest of President Gilmore. If by any chance you might wish to come up with me that night to Cedar Rapids or Waterloo and to Mason City on/the next early forenoon, I'd be pleased to have you. More likely though you'll want to drive up and back. I merely toss the suggestion into the hopper. Mrs. Hall and I, not to mention our youngsters, would be delighted to have you as our house guest if you spend a night here, or any appreciable time. Sincerely Earl Hall NB--Have made arrangements for the Iowa-Indiana game pictures. Only set available. W E H
