First of all may I say that if Coach Tubbs had been the participant in the conversaton attributed to Anderson and his "buddies" in Chicago -- when he was on his way to Iowa three years ago he very likely would have commented in a similar vein. There are few coaches who wouldn't probably. (That Anderson is a R.C. very likely added vehemence to his remarks -- that may be assumed I suppose) However, I feel quite strongly that he (Anderson) and I will get along very well. That we can forestall any clash of opinions I am quite confident. When I met him several weeks ago and spoke enthusiastically in his behalf I am sure that he was well impressed with me -- as I was with him. He and I will of course differ in opinions, beliefs and convictions. However, that we must clash personally can be
