In the past three or four years he has had no athlete in his employ - therefore it has not been his custom to give just any athlete a free ride every year. He was under no compulsion to employ an athlete because all the other business men were making a concerted effort to so do - for no such activity was in evidence, nor is it now. He is getting a return for his money in some form or he wouldn't have hired me. Certainly he has no axe to grind. That I can be of any measureable benefit to his bank or to him personally thru reputation or otherwise in the near future is a rather silly contention.
