The ministers of today maintain that religion is the universal solvent of our problems and then proceed to preach a marvelous sermon on economics and deliver an excellent homily on philosophy utterly devoid of practical value and inspiration. Inasmuch as we know the whole thing is a philosophic and religious problem and how to dynamically and effectively improve conditions little by little by right thinking should not our educational energies be directed toward a better understanding of this science.
