I shall make a few more observations and ask some more questions. How is the land in Idaho? Boy, being situated on a large farm near the mountains where you could go on camping trips on the weekend is my idea of paradise. Irrigation is rapidly becoming more & more important in the western states. More & more land should becoming into profitable cultivation, don't you think? There might be a possibility in what I say. Also the legal aspect of irrigation problems is worthy of thought in this connection.( I want to go through law school, somewhere, regardless). Another point is that the constituency of those western
