Saving...
four points over what I originally paid. Presume caution is required in an investment these days, for it is surely a seller's rather than a buyer's market. A safe and sound stock serving as a decent hedge against inflation might be best. This week's Post has a very interesting article by Sam Jones, governor of Louisiana. I find myself quite in sympathy with most of what he says. This next election is certainly going to be a wild affair, both parties are apt to be split wide open . Whoever finally gets the call must be someone who will insure that the U.S. takes her place in world affairs and makes good on her proclaimed obligations. How about the editorial on the FCA vs the small town banker? Is it true, and if so, is it justifiable and best for the general welfare in the long run. This is to acknowledge father's letter and enclosed clipping, ditto mother, and the one from grandma. Thank you all and will write again soon. Hail the inter-city and inter-state champs! That is a nice distinction and how! And two for four, including one from the middle sounds like big time stuff. Best wishes for continued success, George. Let me hear from you when you have time. Love, Nile
