Ben evidently thinks more highly of the Kingfisher than I do. We flew formation in that type of ship at Pensacola and I didn't like it all for some reason. Might interject here what I have said before, that I like the F4F better than any ship I have ever flown. Really enjoy zooming around it. Have you yet heard what duty Ben got? He should know before very long. Am inclined to agree with U. Chas. that this guy Bell has some points in his favor. Must write Theodora soon and advise that she accept one of those invitations to Ottumwa and look the situation over?! Plan to go down to New York this weekend and rendezvous with Bob Hogan. He is a yeoman 2d class stationed at Lakehurst, N. J. A letter from Bob written from San Fran corroborated the inference of his telegram. Also he told of running into Jim George, Ken Pettet, and Art Manush in San Diego. Ken mailed a picture of the group taken in some "joint" where they gathered. Shall try
