yours is probably a prudent suggestion. Trust he won't complain of the compromise too much. I wish that he could be with me on a couple of my trips to New York. It would present a fine chance to show him how to travel by train, arrange for hotel accommodations, how to get around in a big city, how to order meals, and a million and one things of that nature. Hoe you aren't forgetting to help him along these lines. Have gratefully received the quarterly and lecture and now await the brownies. Thank you so much. Received a long letter from Jim George the other day written in his own inimitable style. He is still in Dan Diego and as far as I can tell isn't apt to leave right away. What I wouldn't give to have both him and Bob beside me! They are really 4.0 gents. Have also now heard from Ben. He sounded as if he enjoyed flying, but didn't care for corpus at all - sentiments that I long ago anticipated. Ellie tells me he is a sub commander which he didn't mention in his letter to me.
