2 not among them. Bob drew a pretty good assignment - Hutchinson, Kans. He left today and will be gone for several days. Within the past week I have received a letter from every member of the family. Thank you one and all; it is always good to hear from you. Ben had already written me of his experience with the damaged landing gear. I am proud - and grateful - for the way in which he met the test. Considering the number of hours he had it was quite remarkable. I wrote him back immediately. The manner in which you allocated the cash I sent home is quite satisfactory. I still haven't had an acknowledgement of the $5 I enclosed for George or the check for $51.36 I wanted deposited to my account. If my memory serves me correctly I sent $5 for the church sometime ago; then $10 more and a 5 spot for George in the same letter; and a little later the check. Has or has not all this been received? I really
