think you have probably acknowledged all at one time or another except the check. Enclosed in this letter are two postal money orders for $100 each made payable to father. I would like to have him buy 5 more war bonds of $25 denomination and bank the rest, letting me know how many bonds I then will have in the deposit box. Glad to see the Republicans do so well in the election. Hope that they will follow Wilkie's lead and stand for a real internationalism. The Republican party was born as a crusading organization for national unity. It would do well to crusade again - this time for world unity and a U.S. that will stand up and be counted for support of the principles she preaches. Received the sentinel today, mother.
