3 U.S. Naval Air Station PENSACOLA, FLORIDA to catch up again, I don't know. Grandma must feel that I have forgotten her. Wish that you would tell her that I shall write before long. I must find some way to inform her gently that her nut bread is all dried out and hard by the time it arrives here. Perhaps, you could take care of that little matter, too, mother. Candy and toll house cookies are about the only things that are as good when they arrive as when they were sent. I trust father and George, particularly, the latter, won't feel that I am unappreciative of their letters if I don't write them individually for awhile. Just can't do it right now, men.
