get your slant on Bob & Elsie, I would figure about the same although Bob is very quiet about the whole thing, and I don't want to frighten him away with too pertinent questioning. They would sure make a dandy couple. Personally I am rather glad that I don't have a serious heart affair right now, but sure would like to be surrounded with the lighter infatuations I have mentioned. K.C., Chicago, D.M., etc are all too, too far away. Am sending back the picture of you deftly & precisely replacing the chalk - all a very characteristic gesture in my mind. Trust your talk didn't lead the boys to think that forage, silage & hay logically (no offense intended) Enclosed is a letter from Fred I thought you would like to see. Here is a pretty good one - as the instructor got out of his cockpit after giving a student his last hop before his 33 hr check, he said, - well, you go up this last solo hour, I think you can iron everything out - if you have enough time & a big enough iron!
