This means that I will get half of my last years salary in three months. I would like to share my good fortune with you folks so I am enclosing a check for $50 which I hope you will use on your trip. Regardless of whether you take a short or a long one or whether you take one at all I want you to keep it. I am inconsiderate about many things where you folks are concerned & am trying to remedy them but the thoughtful things that I can & want to do I hope you won't spoil by prideful refusal. Have been seeing some more of Bibba Charlton. She is a very charming & interesting girl. She is editor of the Hawkeye this year; is a Pi Phi & had a 4 pt last year. Send some towels in the laundry Yours Nile
