2 On Sat. AM. we had a few moments of excitement when one of the students fell out of his plane and had to rely on his parachute for a landing. It seems he forgot to fasten his safety belt and when his instructor nosed down abruptly to emphasize a point he found himself suspended in mid air. It was a good thing he reacted quickly because they were only 600' up. Thanks so much, mother, for the clippings, your words of encouragement & inspiration, and just the general family news. Ben and Chase must be having a good time. It would be nice to be with them, but I am exactly where I want to be so, of course, have no sense of missing anything.
