5/6 [1940] Dear Mother: Will talk in So. City Fri. nite - will drive home same nite probably - don't worry - however I don't get in. Just had a 10 minute phone conversation with Baum in Philadelphia. He is going to have some woman friend of his look you up - to give you a chance to find out about him more than anything else - don't disappoint him (?) You know the questions to ask. This may be the opportunity I have been waiting for - at least for a couple of years. Looks better all the time. More when next I see you. Love - Nile
