SUNDAY, MARCH 13, 1864 A day of unusual depression. At preaching twice, but felt more at home in class than any where else. Read "Evidences of Christianity" and Bible in the evening. MONDAY 14 Sueceeded well with my writing to day. M- called at noon. Got the Angel of the House" at the Library and spent all the evening reading it. Am trying to apply the promise "My God will supply all your need". TUESDAY 15 Very good letter from B- this morning. M- called at the office, spent the evening with me. Read and talked very like old times. Finished the "Angel of the House".
