FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, 1864. Left L - at 4. Genls Blair & Smith & staffs on the train. Stopped by guerillas burning the train before us. Stayed on the train all night. Capt SATURDAY 22 Moore & Maj' Allison very kind to us. Left B Green .at 2 o'clock. No 14. reached at 8. Seemed home like to be lack. Dr Fuller greeted us kindly. SUNDAY 23 A quiet Sabbath day after the old style. Attended soldiers prayer meeting and was greatly refreshed.
