but I was not well enough to go I had made calculations to go all the time untill saturday my throat began to get sore so I had to send an excuse. they say they had a very nice time but I know I was better of at home as it was very cold. it has moderated, and is quite pleasent to day. the snow is all gone again. I guess we will not have any more sleigh rides this winter. I recd. a letter from Kate to day naging me to come home they are going to have an Exhibition there the last day of their school I guess I shall be there to go to it Pollie is going to start down to Grandma next friday to be gone two weeks and then when she comes home I was going down to stay four or five week so I will not get any letters that is all I hate to go far but I suppose I will have to be patient
