At Sades April the 8th [1865?] Saturday evening Dear Friend I have stolen a few minuets leasure to write to you you will see that I have got back to Kosta again and there is so much talking to be done and so much to take up the time that I have just got to steal away to find an oportunity to write to you. it is two weeks to night since I last wrote to you. but I have not forgoten you by any means but it is because I have been runing around so much that I did not have a chance to write I left your folks tolerably well on last tuesday
